Druid Lughnassadh Rite

Come join us for our Lughnassadh ceremony. Lughnassadh is part of the Druid and Wiccan Wheel of the Year. In our Grove we call it Crasboeth (Crass-Boyth) meaning “parched and hot.” Our Wheel recognizes the climate of Florida so we can be in tune with the energies of the land, sea, and sky. During this time, crops struggle to grow in the oppressive heat. Our ceremony calls us to be cooled with fresh water and ritually cleansed so that we can prepare for the coming seasonal changes. It is a devotional-based rite celebrating the power of Water and Fire. This is a potluck event so we ask that if you attend please bring something to share if you are able. If you cannot, you will NOT be turned away. All are welcome into the Circle.
