SERMON DESCRIPTION
What we focus on gets bigger, whether we like it or not.  This is the immutable Law of Attraction. So it is important for all of us to remember that returning to higher frequency vibrations is vital in staying sane in a world with so much chaos.  Elaine defines the words “Joy” and “Being,” shares meaningful quotations, and lovely music along with metaphysical philosophy: We have a choice in how to steer our thoughts.

And from an evolutionary standpoint, joy is a signal. It tells us that something is right—safe, meaningful, or beneficial to our survival.
